These terms govern your use of this website, the free strategy call, and (at a high level) how client engagements with Better Call M (“I”, “me”) begin. By using the site or booking a call, you accept them.

The strategy call is free, carries no obligation, and is not a sales trap. What I tell you on it (where your money is leaking, what I'd fix first) is yours to keep whether or not we ever work together.

It is general marketing guidance based on what you show me, not legal, financial, or accounting advice.

Marketing involves markets, and markets vote how they want. I bring a documented process, real volume, and honest verdicts, but no specific revenue, return on ad spend, or growth figure is promised or implied by anything on this site. Past results described here do not guarantee yours.

Paid work begins only when we both agree, in writing, on scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees. That written agreement, not this page, governs the engagement. If anything here conflicts with a signed agreement, the agreement wins.

Everything on this site (copy, design, the seven gear system, the way it's all put together) belongs to me. You're welcome to read it, learn from it, and even steal the thinking for your own brand; you may not republish or resell the material itself.

For client work: deliverables become yours on full payment. My underlying methods, frameworks, and tools remain mine.

Anything you share about your business, on the call or in the booking form, is treated as confidential. NDAs are honored without friction; most of my track record already lives behind them, which should tell you how seriously I take it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or the free call. The site is provided “as is”, and third party services it links to (Google Calendar, Meet, Drive) run under their own terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. If a dispute can't be settled like adults over a call, it belongs to the competent courts of Marrakech.

If these terms change, the new version appears here with an updated date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new version.
