Privacy Policy

Short version: the only data this site touches is what you put in the booking form, it's used to run your call, and it's never sold or fed to ad networks. The long version follows.

Who I am

Better Call M is the independent marketing practice of Marouane (“I”, “me”), operating from Marrakech, Morocco and working with clients worldwide. This policy explains what happens to the information you share on this website.

What I collect

The only personal information this site collects is what you type into the booking form:

  • —Your name and email address.
  • —Your company or brand name, if you choose to give it.
  • —The message describing what isn't working in your marketing.
  • —The call time you pick.

What it's used for

Booking data is used for exactly one thing: running your call. That means creating the calendar event, generating the Google Meet link, sending you the confirmation email, and letting me prepare for the conversation. Nothing else.

What never happens

Some lines I don't cross, in plain words:

  • —Your data is never sold, rented, or traded. To anyone. Ever.
  • —You are never added to a mailing list you didn't ask for.
  • —No advertising pixels or cross site trackers run on this site.

Cookies & analytics

This site runs without analytics trackers and without marketing cookies. Any storage used is strictly technical (for example, remembering your booking step while you fill the form) and never follows you elsewhere.

Third party services

Scheduling runs on Google Calendar and Google Meet, and confirmations are sent by email. When you book, your name, email, and chosen time are processed by Google to create the event and the Meet link, under Google's own privacy terms. The portfolio link on this site leads to Google Drive, which applies its own terms once you're there.

Retention & your rights

Booking details are kept only as long as needed to run the call and any follow up conversation you start. You can ask at any time to see what I hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Send the request through the booking page and it will be honored without drama.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with an updated date at the top. No retroactive surprises.
